I believe in being present and accessible to the residents of Barnack. In the past I have run ward surgeries but what I have found to be most appreciated is to be available on the telephone or via social media - Im retired, so I am able to attend to casework immediately if required.   I aim to understand your concerns and work together to find effective solutions. My commitment to you is to be an active and capable leader who gets things done. It's easy to get hold of me and when I accept casework from a resident I keep you updated with how things are going.  Where I can't help you I will refer on to the relevant person and if I really can't help, I'll be completely transparent about such rare occasions.
